Equity Investments
We invest directly, through joint ventures, and as co-GP partners. Business plans generally entail adding value to underperforming assets. We are agnostic to property type and geography.

Equity Investment Size: $7m to $50m+
Single Assets & Portfolios: ✅
Property Type: Any Asset Class
Guarantees: Tryperion can backstop carveout guarantees
Brokers: Protected; will pay fees for off-market deals
Credit Investments
We provide preferred equity, mezzanine loans, and senior bridge loans. We are agnostic to property type and geography, and are open to distressed or special situations.
Tryperion Credit Products:
Preferred Equity – With a fixed or floating-rate coupon.
Pref-Behind-Agency – Preferred equity behind agency financing, requiring soft current pay and no hard redemption.
Mezzanine Debt – Financing with similar characteristics to Tryperion’s preferred equity.
Senior Bridge – Senior loans, typically 1-3yr term
