Tryperion was founded in 2013 to provide investors with strong risk-adjusted returns in real estate investments across the United States, and to date has owned or managed over $1.5bn of assets. We are a nimble team with discretionary capital, can move quickly and decisively, and are actively invested in both equity and credit opportunities.
Equity Investments
We can provide equity to capitalize real estate deals, including as a direct acquirer, limited partner, co-GP or recaps/partner buy-outs. We are property type and US geography agnostic. Business plans are ideally focused on adding value to underperforming properties but we are open to strong risk-adjusted core-plus opportunities and distressed or special situations.Â

Credit Investments
We can provide max leverage with our preferred equity and mezzanine loan products, and can also provide senior bridge loans. We are property type and US geography agnostic, and are open to development deals and distressed or special situations.
Tryperion Credit Products:
Preferred Equity – With a fixed or floating-rate coupon.
Pref-Behind-Agency – Preferred equity behind agency financing, requiring soft current pay and no hard redemption.
Mezzanine Debt – Financing with similar characteristics to Tryperion’s preferred equity.
Participating Pref – Preferred equity with common equity-like upside participation.
