Eliot Bencuya
Eliot Bencuya

Mr. Bencuya’s primary responsibilities as Senior Advisor include socializing new investment opportunities, deal sourcing, and sitting on the investment committee. Prior to Tryperion, he was on the acquisitions team at Canyon Capital Realty Advisors and the Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds. He holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

Brandon Browning
Brandon Browning

Mr. Browning’s primary responsibilities include performing due diligence on potential deals and assisting with asset management. Prior to joining Tryperion, Mr. Browning was an Analyst for CBRE’s National Partners Industrial Team, where his primary responsibilities included underwriting industrial opportunities across the West Coast territories and developing pitch and offering materials. Mr. Browning holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Jonathan Etra
Jonathan Etra

Mr. Etra’s primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, financing, and closing new investment opportunities, as well as leading fundraising efforts and overseeing strategic asset management. Prior to joining Tryperion, Mr. Etra served as Vice President of Development at Related Companies, where he was responsible for the acquisition and development of high-rise commercial projects in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science, Magna Cum Laude, from Columbia University, where he received the George William Curtis Prize in Oration.

Jeffrey Karsh
Jeffrey Karsh

Jeff is the Founder & Managing Partner of Tryperion. His primary responsibilities include sourcing and executing new investments, managing corporate operations, and overseeing investor relations.
Prior to Tryperion, he was on the real estate acquisitions team at Canyon Partners. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania where he played on the tennis team. Jeff sits on the Investment Committee and Budget Committee of Sinai Akiba Academy and is a member of the Real Estate and Construction division of the Jewish Federation.

Greg McGanty
Greg McGanty

Mr. McGanty’s primary responsibilities include performing due diligence on potential deals and assisting with asset management. Prior to joining Tryperion, Mr. McGanty was an Associate at RealtyMogul in the Commercial Real Estate (Limited Partnership) group, where he was responsible for underwriting value-add and development transactions, assessing due diligence, and executing investments. He was involved in transactions spanning all major asset types in markets across the country. From 2015 to 2017, he served as Account Manager for CoreSite, a major provider of datacenter space and services. Mr. McGanty holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Southern California and has taken several finance and accounting courses at UCLA Extension.

Janet Pudelko
Janet Pudelko

Ms. Pudelko’s primary responsibilities include oversight of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance, serving as Tryperion’ Chief Compliance Officer. Ms. Pudelko has experience in both public accounting and private industry. Prior to Tryperion, Ms. Pudelko was a Senior Manager at EY in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services group, where she was responsible for providing technical accounting assistance to clients primarily within the real estate sector related to transactions, financial reporting, and newly issued accounting standards. Prior to EY, Ms. Pudelko was a Controller at Colony Capital, Inc., as well as an auditor for a national accounting firm. She holds a BS in Sports Management, Cum Laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. Ms. Pudelko is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

Lauren Rickert
Lauren Rickert

Ms. Rickert’s primary responsibilities include underwriting new deals, closing acquisitions, and assisting with asset management. Prior to joining Tryperion, Ms. Rickert was an Associate at Eastdil Secured in the Debt Placement group, where she was responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and structuring financings in all major property types across the country. From 2011 to 2015, Ms. Rickert was employed at GE Capital Real Estate, serving as an analyst with the Risk Management Program until 2013, and as an Associate with the New York Capital Markets team from 2013 to 2015. Ms. Rickert holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is a member of ULI.

Greg Rollman
Greg Rollman

Mr. Rollman’s primary responsibilities include transaction sourcing, underwriting, financing and closing. Mr. Rollman previously served as Vice President, Investments at CIM Group, where he was responsible for West Coast market coverage and originations for strategies including core, value-add, opportunistic, and ground-up development and across all major asset classes. Prior to CIM, he was an investment banking analyst at Solomon Partners from 2011 to 2014. He holds a BS in Economics with a finance concentration, Summa Cum Laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

Kyle Schulman
Kyle Schulman

Mr. Schulman leads the Asset Management function at Tryperion. His primary responsibility is business plan execution where he drives value through active oversight of property operations, financial management and the exploration and implementation of innovative technologies. Prior to Tryperion, Mr. Schulman served as Vice President, Asset Management at TPG Angelo Gordon where he focused on the West Coast region across all major asset classes. Mr. Schulman holds a BS in Economics with minors in Accounting and Environmental Systems & Society, Cum Laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. He maintains a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license, is a LEED Green Associate, and holds an active Certified Public Accountant license in the state of California.

Amanda Taylor
Amanda Taylor

Ms. Taylor’s primary responsibilities include overseeing day-to-day operations, and assisting with treasury and investor communications. Prior to joining Tryperion, Ms. Taylor was an Office Coordinator at DigitalFilm Tree, a post-production studio. Ms. Taylor holds a BA in Film Production with a minor in Early Childhood Education, Summa Cum Laude, from Arizona State University, and an MBA from the University of Kansas.
