JEFFREY KARSH

Managing principal

Mr. Karsh is the Managing Principal and Co-Founder of Tryperion. His primary responsibilities include sourcing and executing new investments, managing corporate operations, and overseeing investor relations and reporting. Prior to forming Tryperion, Mr. Karsh was an Acquisitions Analyst for Canyon Capital Realty Advisors and the Canyon-Johnson Urban Funds, where he was responsible for underwriting, structuring and executing value-add and opportunistic transactions. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania. Mr. Karsh is a member of ULI and is also a Real Estate & Construction member of the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles.

JEFFREY KARSH

Founder & Managing Partner

Jeff is the Managing Principal and Founder of Tryperion. His primary responsibilities include sourcing and executing new investments, managing corporate operations, and overseeing investor relations.

Prior to Tryperion, he was on the real estate acquisitions team at Canyon Partners. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania.

Outside of work, you can find Jeff at the farmer’s market with his family, playing tennis, listening to ‘90’s music, or enjoying a podcast.

ELIOT BENCUYA

Senior Advisor

Eliot is a Principal of Tryperion. His primary responsibilities are sourcing, executing and advising on new investments.

Prior to Tryperion, he was a Vice President of Acquisitions at Canyon Partners. He holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Yale University, and a Masters of Business Administration degree from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.

JANET PUDELKO

Chief Financial Officer

Ms. Pudelko is Chief Financial Officer at Tryperion. Her primary responsibilities include overseeing accounting and reporting.

Prior to joining Tryperion, Janet was a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young LLP in the Financial Accounting Advisory Services group, where she was responsible for providing technical accounting assistance to clients primarily within the real estate sector related to transactions, financial reporting, and newly issued accounting standards. Prior to Ernst & Young LLP, Janet was a Controller for Colony Capital, Inc., as well as an auditor for a national accounting firm. She graduated cum laude from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst with a BS and holds a Master of Business Administration from the University of California, Irvine. Janet is a Certified Public Accountant in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.

GREG ROLLMAN

Managing Director - Acquisitions

Mr. Rollman is Managing Director, Acquisitions of Tryperion Holdings LLC, the Company’s Sponsor.

His primary responsibilities include transaction sourcing and underwriting, as well as leading financings and closings. Prior to Tryperion, Mr. Rollman served as Vice President, Investments at CIM Group, where he was responsible for West Coast market coverage and originations across various investment strategies and all major real estate asset classes. He previously was an investment banking analyst at Solomon Partners from 2011 to 2014. He holds a BS in Economics with a finance concentration from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.

ANDREW KOWELL

Managing Director – Head of Asset Management

Andrew is Managing Director – Head of Asset Management of Tryperion.

Prior to Tryperion, Andrew served as Managing Director – Asset Management at Watt Investment Partners and, before that, as Senior Vice President at Gaw Capital US.

Between such leadership positions, he was responsible for all asset management functions, including but not limited to asset performance, business plan execution, contract negotiation, risk management, client reporting, team oversight, and instituting best practices. Further, during his 20+ year investment career, which includes previously-held positions at The Carlyle Group and ASB Real Estate Investments, Mr. Kowell has in-depth experience in (i) acquisitions, asset and portfolio management, development, dispositions, financing, and client relations, (ii) most asset types and risk profiles, and (iii) a variety of deal structures. He holds a BA in Mathematics and Economics from the University of Pennsylvania.

LAUREN RICKERT

Vice President

Lauren is a Vice President at Tryperion. Her primary responsibilities include underwriting new deals, closing acquisitions, and assisting the investment committee.

Prior to joining Tryperion, Lauren was an Associate at Eastdil Secured in the Debt Placement group, where she was responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and structuring financings in all major property types across the country. From 2011 to 2015, Lauren served at GE Capital Real Estate as an analyst with the Risk Management Program until 2013, and as an Associate with the New York Capital Markets team from 2013 to 2015. Lauren holds a BS degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern California. She is a member of ULI.

JONATHAN ETRA

Vice President

Jonathan is a Vice President at Tryperion Holdings. His primary responsibilities include underwriting, financing, and closing new investment opportunities.

Prior to Tryperion, Jonathan served as a Vice President of Development at Related Companies, where he was responsible for executing on the acquisition and development of high-rise commercial projects in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards neighborhood. He holds a BA in Political Science from Columbia University.

ALEX WILLS

Marketing Director

Mr. Wills is the Marketing Director for Tryperion.

Prior to joining Tryperion, Alex was responsible for managing all inbound lead & sales generation campaigns for those high net worth investors seeking alternative investments in the digital currency space at Bitcoin IRA. Previously, Alex was the Director of Lead Generation at the real estate marketing agency GTMA, where managed campaigns for hundreds of large nationwide multifamily properties. Mr. Wills holds a BS degree in Business with a Marketing focus from the University of Florida.

GREG MCGANTY

Associate

Greg is an Associate at Tryperion. His primary responsibilities include acquisitions, asset management, and investor relations.

Prior to joining Tryperion, Greg was an Associate at RealtyMogul in the Commercial Real Estate (Limited Partnership) group, where he was responsible for underwriting value-add and development transactions, assessing due diligence, and executing investments. He was involved in transactions spanning all major asset types in markets across the country. From 2015 to 2017, he served as Account Manager for CoreSite, a major provider of datacenter space and services. Greg holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Southern California and has taken several finance and accounting courses at UCLA Extension.
