Jeffrey Karsh
Jeffrey (“Jeff”) Karsh is the Founder & Managing Partner of Tryperion Holdings. As Managing Partner, Jeff oversees all investment activities and asset management initiatives, leads capital raising activities and investor relations efforts, and directs overall corporate operations. Under Jeff’s leadership, Tryperion has grown to over $2 billion of invested and/or managed assets across the U.S.
Prior to founding Tryperion, Jeff was on the real estate acquisitions team at Canyon Partners. Jeff currently sits on the Budget and Finance Committees for Sinai Akiba Academy, the Investment Committee for Mount Sinai Memorial Parks and Mortuaries, and is an active member of the Real Estate and Construction division of the Jewish Federation of Los Angeles. He holds a BA in Political Science from the University of Pennsylvania where he played on the tennis team.
Janet Pudelko
Janet Pudelko
Janet Pudelko serves as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Compliance Officer of Tryperion Holdings. She is responsible for oversight of accounting, financial reporting, treasury, and compliance functions for the firm.
Prior to Tryperion, Janet was a Senior Manager in Ernst & Young’s Financial Accounting Advisory Services group, where she advised clients on complex transactions, financial reporting, and the adoption of newly issued accounting standards. Previously, she was Controller at Colony Capital, Inc., following earlier experience as an auditor at a national accounting firm.
Janet holds a BS in Sports Management, cum laude, from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and an MBA from the University of California, Irvine. She is a Certified Public Accountant (inactive) in the state of California and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Greg Rollman

Greg Rollman is Managing Director of Acquisitions at Tryperion Holdings. His primary responsibilities include transaction sourcing, underwriting, financing, and closing across the firm’s investment strategies.
Prior to joining Tryperion, Greg was Vice President of Investments at CIM Group, where he was responsible for West Coast market coverage and originations across strategies including core, value-add, opportunistic, and ground-up development, spanning all major asset classes. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Solomon Partners.
Greg earned a BS in Economics with a finance concentration, summa cum laude, from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania.
Travis Conley

Travis Conley is a Director of Acquisitions at Tryperion Holdings. His primary responsibilities include transaction sourcing, underwriting, financing, and closing across the firm’s investment strategies.
Prior to joining Tryperion, Travis served on the investments teams at HIG Capital and CIM Group. Throughout his tenure at both firms, he was responsible for the sourcing, structuring, and execution of transactions across a broad spectrum of asset classes and investment strategies. He began his career as an investment banking analyst at Eastdil Secured.
Travis earned a BS in Finance from the Marriott School of Business at Brigham Young University.

Jonathan Etra is Senior Vice President of Acquisitions at Tryperion Holdings. His primary responsibilities include sourcing, underwriting, financing, and closing new investment opportunities, as well as leading fundraising initiatives and overseeing strategic asset management for the firm.
Prior to joining Tryperion, Jonathan served as Vice President of Development at Related Companies, where he focused on the acquisition and development of high-rise commercial projects in Manhattan’s Hudson Yards, including 50 Hudson Yards.
Jonathan holds a BA in Political Science, magna cum laude, from Columbia University, where he received the George William Curtis Prize in Oration.

Kyle Schulman is Senior Vice President of Asset Management at Tryperion Holdings, where he leads the firm’s asset management function. His primary responsibility is executing business plans and driving value creation through active oversight of property operations, financial management, and the exploration and implementation of innovative technologies.
Prior to joining Tryperion, Kyle served as Vice President of Asset Management at TPG Angelo Gordon, where he focused on the West Coast region across all major asset classes.
Kyle holds a BA in Economics with minors in Accounting and Environmental Systems & Society, cum laude, from the University of California, Los Angeles. He also maintains a California Department of Real Estate Salesperson license, is a LEED Green Associate, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California.

Lauren Rickert is Vice President of Acquisitions & Asset Management at Tryperion Holdings. Her primary responsibilities include underwriting new investments, closing acquisitions, and supporting the firm’s asset management activities.
Prior to joining Tryperion, Lauren was an Associate in the Debt Placement group at Eastdil Secured, where she was responsible for underwriting, sourcing, and structuring financings across all major property types nationwide. Previously she worked at GE Capital Real Estate, first as an analyst in the Risk Management Program and later as an Associate with the New York Capital Markets team.
Lauren holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Southern California and is a member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI).

Prior to joining Tryperion, Greg was an Associate in the Commercial Real Estate (Limited Partnership) group at RealtyMogul, where he underwrote value-add and development transactions, managed due diligence, and executed investments across all major asset classes nationwide. Earlier in his career, he served as an Account Manager for CoreSite, a leading provider of data center space and services.
Greg holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Southern California and has completed finance and accounting coursework at UCLA Extension.

Brandon Browning is a Senior Analyst in Acquisitions & Asset Management at Tryperion Holdings. His primary responsibilities include conducting due diligence on prospective investments and supporting the firm’s asset management activities.
Prior to joining Tryperion, Brandon was an Analyst with CBRE’s National Partners Industrial Team, where he focused on underwriting industrial opportunities across West Coast markets and preparing pitch and offering materials.
Brandon holds a BS in Business Administration with a minor in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California.

Prior to joining Tryperion, Jeffrey was a Senior Accounting Analyst in RadNet’s Corporate Finance department, where he focused on high-level accounts payable and general ledger review, as well as expense analysis for software licenses. He began his career as an Audit Associate at KPMG, specializing in upstream and midstream oil and gas public company audits.
Jeffrey holds a BA in Economics with a minor in Accounting from the University of California, Los Angeles, and is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in the state of California.

Tracey Lazaris is the Office Manager and Executive Assistant at Tryperion Holdings. She is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operations, as well as assisting with treasury functions and investor communications.
Prior to joining Tryperion, Tracey worked as an Executive Assistant at Nordstrom.
Tracey holds a BA in Interior Design with a minor in Architecture from the Savannah College of Art and Design.

Eliot holds a BA in Economics and International Studies from Yale University and an MBA from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley.
